Dr. Kseniya & Dr. Russ love serving from their heart. They practice what they preach and all of the tools that you have seen in their office is what helped them through their parenthood journey. Lost and confused when they became parents in 2013 with their first son, they were shocked by the lack of community and support through their parenting journey. They believe that parents are the foundation of the family.

Their vision is to go the extra mile for your health by incorporating all of the extra trainings and certifications they have received. They built Empowered Family to serve the community by providing the outmost beneficial services.
Dr. Kseniya is certified in prenatal & pediatric Chiropractic (CACCP+Webster's certified), expert in navigating lip & tongue ties for babies, certified in dynamic body balance (cranial therapy +myofascial unwinding), & is certified in functional medicine.
Dr. Russ is certified in Webster's, Graston Therapy, and Extremity Adjusting (CCEP).
